John J. Meggiolaro - Managing Partner, The Trāvid Group
John worked for Merck & Co., Inc. for 33 years and held leadership positions within the company’s Management/Leadership Development, Human Resources, International Marketing Training, Business Improvement and Global Compliance organizations.
John holds a B.A. degree from Seton Hall University, M.A. degree from Rider University and MBA from Monmouth University, where he also taught Organization Behavior at the Undergraduate School of Business. He is a lecturer in the areas of management, organization development, and leadership. He has authored several articles on change, reorganization, entrepreneurship, HR practices, and the value of coaching.
Marya Grier - Partner, The Trāvid Group; President - Performance Connect
Marya holds a B.S. and Public Health Certificate in Nursing and an M.S. in Health Care Management. She has amassed training and facilitation certifications from many world-renowned training organizations and has traveled worldwide delivering programs to corporate executives, managers, supervisors, and employees. She is also a distributor and facilitator for the DiSC® line of assessments, products, and programs.
Her professional memberships include: ASTD, American Management Association (AMA), ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement), and DDI Facilitator Network.
Marya is a member of the NJ Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO), where she held several executive positions including membership on the State Board of Trustees as well as State President (2009-2010).
